Singlemonkey Solutions provides software services delivered digitally. There are no physical goods to ship. This policy explains how our services are activated and delivered after you make a payment.
After a successful payment:

If the issue persists, contact us at support@singlemonkey.com with your transaction ID and registered email. We respond within 1 business day, and we will either resolve the issue or refund the payment per our Refund Policy.
Singlemonkey Solutions does not sell physical goods. We do not ship any items via post, courier, or logistics partners. All our products are software services delivered electronically.
Our software is delivered over the internet. You need an active internet connection and a supported browser or application to access it. We do not guarantee delivery to users in regions where our services are restricted by applicable law or by our own policies.
