Singlemonkey Solutions was started on a simple observation: most business software is too complicated for the work it's meant to help with. Teams end up fighting their tools instead of doing their actual jobs.
We started building small, sharp utilities that fit into the tools people already use — spreadsheets, email, browsers — rather than forcing them to learn a new dashboard every time. Our first product, WhatSender, came from watching marketers bounce between their customer list in Google Sheets and their WhatsApp provider's web interface, copy-pasting phone numbers one campaign at a time.
There had to be a better way, so we built one.
